Saddha Yoga offers a space for everyone to benefit from the practice of yoga and mindful movement.  Saddha (pronounced sada) is a Buddhist term for conviction or faith.  The practice of mindful movement allows us to gain a sense of awareness and trust in our own inner guidance and abilities.  We are honored to offer Buffalo and its surrounding communities a space that inspires self-awareness, self-reflection and positive self-regard.

Saddha Yoga brings together teachers from a varied background.  Our classes and other services allow students to feel empowered in their bodies, reflective in their minds, and present in their spirit.  Each teacher brings their own authentic interpretation to the space, allowing creative expressions and themes for an experience that is inspiring, empowering, and evolving.
